ChatGPT 资料空间
ChatGPT 资料空间是一个与 AI 和团队一起完成工作的全新空间，兼容将团队加入专属空间，让涵盖 ChatGPT 在内的所有成员都能结合共同目标和过往工作，在已有协作成果上继续推进。
使用者可以让 ChatGPT 将对话转化为页面或幻灯片，它会先提问以明确需要，再在使用者面前起草内容。使用者可以亲自编辑、让 ChatGPT 再修改一轮，或邀请团队加入，全程无需将工作转移到其他工具。（Pro、Business 和 Enterprise 套餐使用者可在 ChatGPT 桌面应用和网页版中使用，移动端即将推出）

这是一种全新的文档类型，专为使用者与智能体及团队成员共同完成工作而外观，适用于项目计划、报告、视觉概念等多种内容。（适用于 Pro、Business 和 Enterprise 套餐）

协作式幻灯片
这是一个全新的演示文稿编辑器，让团队与 ChatGPT 共同构建专业演示文稿。无论是准备财务评审还是客户演示，它都给出了展现内容所需的工具，涵盖原生可编辑图表，以及文本、形状和图像。（适用于 Pro、Business 和 Enterprise 套餐）
使用者可将对话转化为幻灯片，或从自己的模板开始，并在 ChatGPT 制作过程中向它给出反馈。
使用者还可邀请多位团队成员同时直接编辑演示文稿、发表评论，或标注希望 ChatGPT 修改的地方。

创建团队，共享任务

Slack 和 Microsoft Teams 中的 @ChatGPT

它可以使用管理员已连接的工具，也可以在使用者的授权范围内使用工具。即使没有个人 ChatGPT 许可，团队成员也能在同一对话中补充上下文并完善工作成果。

会议插件
使用会议插件录制会议音频，并将会议纪要保存在 ChatGPT 资料空间中。使用者可以将纪要设为私密，也可以与团队共享。
ChatGPT 可以结合团队此前合作的上下文，总结与使用者最相关的要点、决策和后续步骤。
使用者还可以让它协助处理行动事项。例如，在团队站会后，让 ChatGPT 依据已作出的决策、遇到的阻碍和发生的变化更新项目计划。

Dynamic Pages
This is a brand-new document type designed for users to complete work together with agents and team members. It is suitable for a variety of content, such as project plans, reports, and visual concepts. (Available for Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans)

Collaborative Slides
This is a brand-new presentation editor that lets teams build professional presentations together with ChatGPT. Whether preparing a financial review or a client presentation, it provides the tools needed to present content, including natively editable charts, as well as text, shapes, and images. (Available for Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans)
Users can turn conversations into slides or start from their own templates, and give ChatGPT feedback while it creates.
Users can also invite multiple team members to directly edit the presentation at the same time, leave comments, or mark areas they want ChatGPT to revise.
Once ready, they can present directly in ChatGPT, or export to PowerPoint or Google Slides while preserving the original formatting and continuing to edit.
Create Teams, Share Tasks
Add colleagues to a team in ChatGPT to share pages, presentations, spreadsheets, and more with all members.
Users can also create team tasks to hand repetitive work, such as weekly project progress reports, to ChatGPT.
Describe what you need, and ChatGPT can use connected tools to gather information and perform actions. It can run on a schedule or be triggered when changes emerge, such as when a new email or Slack message is received.
Team members can jointly update the instructions, keeping tasks effective as work priorities change.

@ChatGPT in Slack and Microsoft Teams
Mention @ChatGPT in a channel, thread, or direct message to turn discussions into project briefs, troubleshoot defects and prepare fix approaches for review, or publish customer updates every morning.
It can use tools connected by administrators, or use tools within the user's authorization scope. Even without an individual ChatGPT license, team members can add context and refine the work in the same conversation.
(Available for Business and Enterprise plans)
Meeting Plugin
Use the Meeting Plugin to record meeting audio and save meeting minutes in the ChatGPT Resource Space. Users can set the minutes to private or share them with the team.
ChatGPT can draw on the context of the team's previous collaboration to summarize the key points, decisions, and next steps most relevant to the user.
Users can also ask it to help with action items. For example, after a team stand-up meeting, ChatGPT can update the project plan based on the decisions made, obstacles encountered, and changes that occurred.
(Beta is now available to Pro and Business users, and will soon be available to Enterprise users)
Shareable Profile Pages
Shareable profile pages let users showcase their sites and plugins for others to discover and reuse. The profile page brings these works together for convenient centralized sharing. Team members can also discover shared skills, and skill sharing is limited to within the workspace.
