IT之家 9 月 29 日消息，千里科技今日发布公告，控股子公司重庆千里智驾科技有限公司（以下简称“千里智驾”）拟与浙江极氪汽车研究开发有限公司（以下简称“浙江极氪”）签署《资产转让协议》，向浙江极氪购买智能驾驶业务研发相关的电子设备及设备安装工程（以下简称“标的资产”），交易售价为人民币 3,443.88 万元（含增值税）。

IT之家查询获悉，千里科技于 8 月 24 日发布 2026 年半年度报告。报告表明，公司上半年达成营业收入 51.20 亿元，同比增长 22.36%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为 0.78 亿元，同比增长 151.25%；扣除非经常性损益后的归母净利润为 0.56 亿元。千里科技称，加大研发投入的同时达成收入利润双增长，核心经营指标全面改善。
业务维度，智能辅助驾驶业务商业化进展较快。报告期内，该业务达成收入 12.35 亿元，占主营业务收入的 24.3%，使用者激活率达到 93%，相关能力已覆盖 16 款车型。同时，公司乘用车业务毛利率由上年同期的 3.3% 提高至 12.7%。

ITHome, Sep 29. Chery Technology announced today that its controlled subsidiary, Chongqing Chery Intelligent Driving Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chery Intelligent Driving”), intends to sign an “Asset Transfer Agreement” with Zhejiang Zeekr Automotive Research and Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhejiang Zeekr”) to purchase electronic equipment and equipment installation engineering related to the R&D of its intelligent driving business (hereinafter referred to as “Subject Assets”) from Zhejiang Zeekr. According to ITHome, Chery Technology released its 2026 semi-annual report on August 24. The report shows that the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 5.120 billion in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 22.36%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 0.78 billion, a year-on-year increase of 151.25%; and net profit attributable to shareholders after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was RMB 0.56 billion. Chery Technology stated that while increasing R&D investment, it achieved dual growth in revenue and profit, with all core operating indicators comprehensively improving.
In terms of business, the commercialization progress of its intelligent assisted driving business is relatively fast. During the reporting period, this business achieved revenue of RMB 1.235 billion, accounting for 24.3% of main business revenue. The user activation rate reached 93%, and the related capabilities have covered 16 vehicle models. Meanwhile, the gross profit margin of the company's passenger vehicle business increased from 3.3% in the same period last year to 12.7%.
