IT之家 9 月 30 日消息，江淮汽车今日公告称，公司股票于 9 月 28 日、29 日、30 日连续三个交易日收盘售价涨幅偏离值累计超过 20%，属于股票交易异常波动。
近期，公司关注到有部分媒体在相关媒体平台发布公司拟与华为、Stellantis 开展合作的报道。经核实，公司与华为、Stellantis 三方确有沟洽合作意向，但合作内容、合作形式等均未确定，也未签署任何有约束力的正式协议，后续相关合作事项推进尚存在较大不确定性。
IT之家注意到，意大利媒体 Milano Finanza 本月曾报道，Stellantis 集团正就旗下玛莎拉蒂与华为、江淮汽车开展长期产业合作谈判。
报道称，三方计划将华为鸿蒙智行平台应用于玛莎拉蒂车型，目标在 2027 年底推出首款联合开发的量产车。合作模式可能使用双品牌策略：该车型在中国市面以尊界（Maextro）品牌销售，面向全球市面则悬挂玛莎拉蒂车标。

Recently, the company noted that some media outlets published reports on relevant media platforms claiming the company plans to cooperate with Huawei and Stellantis. After verification, the company, Huawei, and Stellantis have indeed held discussions regarding cooperation intentions, but the content and form of the cooperation have not been determined, and no binding formal agreement has been signed. There remains significant uncertainty regarding the advancement of subsequent related cooperation matters.
IT Home noted that Italian media Milano Finanza reported this month that the Stellantis Group is in negotiations with Huawei and JAC Motors regarding long-term industrial cooperation for its Maserati brand.
The report stated that the three parties plan to apply Huawei's HarmonyOS Intelligent Mobility platform to Maserati models, with the goal of launching the first jointly developed production vehicle by the end of 2027. The cooperation model may adopt a dual-brand strategy: the vehicle would be sold in the Chinese market under the Maextro brand, while being marketed globally with the Maserati badge.
