IT之家从原报道获悉，苏姿丰本轮预计将谈论 AI 芯片、工艺合作等内容，三星有望成为 AMD HBM 4 供应商。作为参考，韩国具备许多先进半导体生产基地，全球最大的存储芯片供应商 SK 海力士、三星均位于韩国。
AMD 已经与三星接洽了一段时间。今年 3 月，AMD 与三星签署 AI 存储芯片和计算工艺合作的谅解备忘录。当时有传闻称，三星已被 AMD 选为其 AI 加速器 HBM4 芯片的优先供应商。
