IT之家 10 月 1 日消息，Market America Worldwide 公司于 9 月 28 日宣布已完成一笔域名交易，将 Shop.com 域名出售给 Shopify 公司，官方并未披露交易金额，不过诸多可靠信源称本次交易是有史以来最大域名交易。
本次域名的出售方为 Market America Worldwide，已具备 SHOP.COM 域名超过 34 年。Shopify 由加拿大企业家 Tobias Lütke（托比亚斯 · 卢克）等人于 2004–2006 年间创立，总部位于加拿大渥太华，是一家在纽交所 / 纳斯达克上市的电子商务公司。
该公司给出“一站式”商务基础设施：从建站模板、商品与库存管理、支付收款、物流配送，到营销推广、数据分析、多渠道销售（网站、社交媒体、线下 POS 等），全部集成在一个后台。
交易售价维度，官方虽未公布具体交易金额，不过资深域名经纪人 @andrewrosener 等诸多可靠信源指出，本次交易金额为 1 亿美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 6.72 亿元人民币）。
如果消息属实，这笔涉及 Shop.com 域名交易将会成为史上最大域名交易，超过了此前报道的 7,000 万美元（现汇率约合 4.7 亿元人民币）的 AI.com 交易。

IT之家 reports on October 1st that Market America Worldwide announced on September 28th the completion of a domain transaction, selling the Shop.com domain to Shopify. The official price was not disclosed, but reliable sources claim this is the largest domain transaction ever.
The seller, Market America Worldwide, has owned SHOP.COM for over 34 years. Shopify, founded by Canadian entrepreneur Tobias Lütke in 2004–2006, is a publicly traded e-commerce company based in Ottawa.
Shopify provides an all-in-one business infrastructure: from website templates and inventory management to marketing, shipping, and multichannel sales — all integrated in one backend.
While the transaction amount is undisclosed, senior domain broker @andrewrosener and other credible sources report it to be $100 million USD (approx. 672 million CNY).
If confirmed, this would surpass the previous record of $70 million USD for AI.com, making Shop.com the most expensive domain ever sold.
